1. What is allowed

Shortening any lawful http/https links, collecting click statistics, using the service for personal and commercial purposes within these terms.

2. What is prohibited — account and links are removed without warning

• Phishing, credential theft, deceiving users about the final destination
• Distributing malware, exploits, stealers
• Spam campaigns, engagement farming, bot traffic
• Illegal content: CSAM, terrorism, drug and arms trade
• Violating third-party rights (copyright, trademarks)
• Hiding paid subscriptions and fraudulent schemes

3. Moderation

We reserve the right to disable or delete any link and ban any account violating these terms. Reports are accepted on Telegram @nmoo2v and via the form — response within 24 hours.

4. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the content of external sites that short links lead to. The link owner is responsible for its content.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use means acceptance of the updates.
